"The Lodge" a novel by Kayla Olson, is the perfect winter read. It’s a cozy, sweet book with just enough of a mystery to keep readers turning the pages.

Alix Martin, the main character, is an entertainment journalist who just landed an incredible opportunity. Alix will be ghostwriting the memoir of Sebastian Green, a member of a beloved boy band True North.

The musical group fell apart after the mysterious disappearance of Jett Beckett, another member of the band. With all of the rumors and speculation surrounding the disappearance, the memoir is sure to be a best seller.

To help Alix with her writing, Sebastian Green has offered her access to his luxury penthouse at a ski resort in Vermont. While at the lodge, Alix finds time to take ski lessons from a handsome instructor, Tyler Fox. As Alix continues to write the book and listen to Sebastian's voice memos, she realizes that this job may be more complicated than it seems. The mystery of True North may just be Alix's mystery to solve.

"The Lodge" is a book that will warm your heart, even during the coldest days of winter. This addictive read is part love story and part mystery.
